Such minor variations are not considered defects.

Sailaja Silks reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be processed for dispatch shortly after confirmation.

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Sailaja Silks as soon as possible.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Payment

9. Shipping

We ship orders across India through available courier/logistics partners.

Free Shipping is applicable only to South Indian states, subject to the applicable terms displayed on the website.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days, and delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

These are estimated timelines and may vary because of courier delays, festivals, holidays, weather, remote locations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact information.

Sailaja Silks will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of parcels returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

11. No Return & No Exchange

All products sold through Sailaja Silks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where Sailaja Silks specifically approves a resolution for an eligible damaged, wrong or missing-product claim.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Colour preference
  • Fabric preference
  • Design preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Differences caused by lighting or screen settings
  • Normal variations in fabric, weaving, printing or embellishments

Customers must check product details carefully before placing an order.

12. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged product, wrong product or missing item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Parcel-Opening/Unboxing Video

A complete, continuous and unedited parcel-opening/unboxing video is mandatory for any claim relating to:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product
  • Missing item

The video should clearly show the unopened parcel, shipping label, complete opening of the package and the product received.

Claims submitted without the required complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

13. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, personal preference or normal product variations.

Where a refund is specifically approved by Sailaja Silks for an eligible issue, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or another suitable method, subject to the circumstances of the case.

Processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or payment service provider.
