Return and Refund Policy

 At Sailaja Silks, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality sarees to our customers.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Incorrect product delivered

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A proper unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The entire unboxing process without cuts or edits

  • The product and the defect or issue

Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With tags intact

Products showing signs of use will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn sarees

  • Sarees without original tags

  • Customized or altered products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be provided depending on product availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect product, Sailaja Silks will cover the return shipping cost.

Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Refund Delays

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
